Today in Russia, with a highly adaptive modern approach to the practice of formation and development of municipalities, there is a need for constant adjustment and updating of tools for creating an integrated ecosystem for humans and other inhabitants of cities and towns. Existing practices no longer meet current challenges in terms of efficient use of budget funds, requirements for environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, environmental safety, and health conservation, as well as public demands for the creation of high-quality public spaces and the formation of flexible local communities.
These demands are especially acute in small towns and new settlements. The lack of an integrated approach combining control over the choice of service providers and the progress of construction, the introduction of innovative materials and technologies, as well as a focus on creating a multifunctional social infrastructure lead to cost overruns, insufficient quality of the formed ecosystem of the municipality and its inaccessibility for the comprehensive development of residents.
This Conference is intended to become a regular working platform for consolidating the efforts of government, business, the expert community, and active citizens to develop and implement new solutions for the creation of modern cities and towns.
Main objective of the event: Formation of a comprehensive strategy and practical tools for the transfer of the urban environment to a new quality through the introduction of cost-effective, technological and environmentally friendly approaches to construction and landscaping, focused on people and their diverse development.
